February News Round up

Thanks to all who came along to PANCAKES WITH THE PADRES AT JINNEY RING. The pancakes, coffee and company were spot on and £20 was raised for Droitwich foodbank. Thanks to all at Jinney Ring for their generosity and hospitality.

FLOWER GUILD AGM AND COFFEE MORNING raised £40.00 for guild funds. Thanks to all who donate their time, talent and flowers to decorate our Parish church throughout the year and to Jenny for planning the get together.

LENT PRAYERS AND LENT SESSIONS have been greatly appreciated but are now curtailed. Please continue creatively, as directed by those leading the various sessions on offer.

The weather was fine for JANET’S WALK which drew friends and family together to remember a much loved and appreciated member of our church, who enjoyed sport and the outdoors (as well as being very clever and supremely organised.)Janet’s family writes:

‘Huge thanks to all for making the walk on Saturday such a success.The refreshments were very much appreciated by the hungry walkers. Special thanks to makers of 'souper soups' and bread rolls! Donations amounted to £190.00.

People are asking if this will be an annual event? We think that depends on the willingness of our generous supporters.
